Holbein Gardens is a design-led redevelopment in Belgravia, transforming a 1980s office building into a net zero, fully managed workplace. The scheme delivers approximately 25,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, combining refined architectural upgrades with a strong focus on sustainability, flexibility, and occupier experience.

By retaining and enhancing the existing structure, the project significantly reduces embodied carbon while repositioning the building to meet modern workplace standards. Features such as a landscaped rooftop terrace, shared amenity spaces, and high-quality fitted workspaces create a premium, service-led environment within one of London’s most established districts.
