Our team were involved in the delivery of three floors of premium flexible workspace at One New Change for Landsec’s Myo brand. The project provides commute-worthy environments designed around wellbeing, sustainability, and adaptability, establishing a new benchmark for modern workspace.

Our role ensured that technology integration aligned seamlessly with the architectural vision - supporting flexible, human-centric spaces with advanced technologies. A feature stair links the three levels, encouraging movement and interaction, while digital infrastructure enables fluid collaboration across the workplace.

The project achieved WELL Platinum certification, with technology playing a key part in delivering healthy, efficient, and connected spaces.
