Nationwide Technology Refresh

One of the UK’s largest housing associations required a refresh of their AV and IT systems across 15 office locations, with the goal of enabling teams to collaborate more effectively and ensuring their technology could scale for the future.

We were appointed to carry out a comprehensive audit of each location, undertaking a technical review of all systems to assess performance, reliability, product lifecycle, and ease of use.

Engaging with a range of stakeholders, we captured the organisation’s aspirations for the future and facilitated technical workshops to shape a tailored proposal. This defined which technologies could be retained, the upgrade strategy required, and how the business could be aligned with both current and emerging standards.
