Set within Shanghai’s historic Cha House, The Residence is Harrods’ first international private shopping suite, designed by Harrods Interior Design to host members for exclusive retail, events, and hospitality experiences.

Our team provided technology consultancy and design to ensure the discreet integration of systems within a heritage-sensitive, highly bespoke environment. The focus was on delivering seamless functionality while preserving the opulent interiors and feng-shui-driven layout.
