YY London

Project Information

YY London is a landmark redevelopment in Canary Wharf, transforming one of the estate’s original office towers into a 415,000 sq ft, BREEAM Outstanding workplace destination. The refurbishment delivers 25% more office and retail space, enhanced ground-level activation, and a bold new façade that redefines the building’s identity while avoiding the environmental cost of demolition.

By retaining the existing structure, the project has achieved a 10,200t carbon reduction – the equivalent to 3,800 return flights from London to Sydney. Features such as a triple-height entrance, rooftop garden, and reimagined public realm create a modern, people-focused building that connects seamlessly with its surroundings while offering a premium workplace experience.
