Anti-Bribery Policy

At Dyntec Limited, we are committed to conducting business with honesty, fairness, and integrity. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and comply fully with the UK Bribery Act 2010, as well as all applicable laws in the countries where we operate.

Our Commitment

Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting of something of value to gain an improper advantage. Such conduct is illegal and goes against our values. Dyntec prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption, whether direct or indirect, at home or abroad.

We apply this commitment to:

  • Bribes of any kind

  • Gifts and hospitality

  • Facilitation payments

  • Political contributions

  • Charitable contributions

All employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and representatives of Dyntec must adhere to this policy. We also require our business partners, suppliers, and third parties to maintain the same high standards.

Gifts, Hospitality, and Charitable Contributions

  • Modest and appropriate gifts or hospitality may be permitted, but they must never influence, or be perceived to influence, business decisions.

  • Dyntec does not make political donations in any form.

  • Charitable contributions are only made where they are legal, transparent, and approved by our management team.

Record-Keeping

We maintain accurate records of gifts, hospitality, donations, and expenses. Any items offered or received must be declared and subject to review.

Speaking Up

If you suspect or experience bribery or corruption, we encourage you to raise the concern immediately with your manager or a company director. Concerns will be handled confidentially and without retaliation.

Our Promise

At Dyntec Limited, we believe that trust and integrity are at the core of lasting business relationships. We are committed to ensuring that all of our operations are free from bribery and corruption, and we expect the same from everyone we work with.
