Anti-Slavery Policy
Anti-Slavery and Human Rights Policy
At Dyntec Limited, we are committed to upholding human rights and ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, and child labour have no place in our operations or supply chains.
Our Commitment
We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, trafficking, and human rights abuses.
We will not knowingly engage with any organisation that supports or participates in such practices.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners working with or on behalf of Dyntec.
We comply fully with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, UK employment laws, and all relevant international standards.
Preventing, detecting, and reporting human rights abuses is the responsibility of everyone working for or with Dyntec. Any concerns raised will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.
What is Modern Slavery?
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It includes:
Human trafficking
Forced labour under threat or coercion
Exploitation through abuse of power or control
Restricting freedom of movement or association
Treating people as property or commodities
Our Actions
To safeguard against these practices, we have implemented:
Risk Assessment – Monitoring potential risks across our operations and supply chains (though as a specialist consultancy, our risk is considered low).
Employee Training – Raising awareness of modern slavery and human rights obligations during induction and through ongoing role-specific training.
Whistleblowing Support – Protecting anyone who raises genuine concerns about human rights or modern slavery.
Worker Freedoms – Respecting the freedom to terminate employment lawfully, freedom of movement, and freedom of association.
We explicitly prohibit:
Child labour
Violence, harassment, or intimidation
Worker-paid recruitment fees
Compulsory overtime
Confiscation of identification documents
Discrimination of any kind
Measuring Our Progress
To ensure continuous improvement, Dyntec tracks the following:
All employees complete annual training on human rights and modern slavery.
Regular review of policies to align with legal, ethical, and industry standards.
Conclusion
At Dyntec Limited, we believe in a world free from exploitation. We remain fully committed to promoting human rights, eradicating modern slavery, and embedding these values throughout our business and supply chains.
